Letter to the Community Regarding COVID-19

From the desk of Marti Magee, President/CEO

With levels of anxiety and concern rising daily due to Coronavirus COVID-19, it feels more important than ever to fulfill our nonprofit mission of providing affordable mental health counseling.  Daemion Counseling Center is committed to keeping our staff, our clients, and our community safe.

In keeping with that commitment, we want you to know that we will continue to deliver high-quality mental health counseling and programs to the community, with a few changes in place.

  1. Our hours of operation have not changed.  Our staff is available (via phone or email most reliably) from 9:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday.  Evening appointments are available.
  2. We will be changing the format of our in-person counseling sessions to videoconferencing, effective immediately through the end of March. You may also speak directly to your therapist on the telephone after you have scheduled an appointment.

In light of these developments, it is important that we stay connected.  We are working hard to ensure your needs are met.

Please know that we are here if you have any questions or concerns.  We are available at [email protected] or by phone 610-647-1431 Ext. 105.  You may leave a message for Kaitlen and she will return you phone call as soon as possible.  We will keep you apprised of developments at Daemion Counseling Center as we move forward through this challenging time.

All the very best of health to you and yours,
