Connection Circles

Connection Circles offer a welcoming space for individuals to come together, share experiences, and build community around a common theme. Lighter than a traditional support group, these one-hour gatherings focus on conversation, reflection, and encouragement in a relaxed and compassionate setting. Each Circle is guided by a licensed therapist who helps foster meaningful dialogue, provides gentle guidance, and supports participants as they learn from one another.

Whether you’re seeking understanding, inspiration, or simply a sense of connection, Connection Circles invite you to pause, share, and grow—together.

Currently, there are no future sessions planned at this time. Please check back at a later date for information about upcoming events.
