Lighter than a traditional support group, these one-hour gatherings focus on conversation, reflection, and encouragement in a relaxed and compassionate setting. Each Circle is guided by a licensed therapist who helps foster meaningful dialogue, provides gentle guidance, and supports participants as they learn from one another.
